We primarily consult directly to CEOs, MDs, Founders and Boards and can work with existing client departments and agencies or recommend and manage access to a network of subject matter experts in each area. Think of us as an architect where we can then lead skilled specialist trades in each area if required. Work is quoted on a retainer or project basis and so a business can choose only the consulting area or full end-to-end management as required.
